Summary
Excellent quality 13" broadcast monitor. There is a Panasonic rebrand of this monitor called the BT-H1390Y.
This monitor has beam current monitoring and supports all important types (RGB, Component, S-Video, Composite, and even SDI) as well as both NTSC and PAL.
The Panasonic tube inside is a stunning 750 TVL shadowmask (I have seen it referred to as 800 TVL elsewhere) which was later reproduced by Chunghwa for the BM-H1310SU. The main difference between the 1300 and 1310 (other than the tube) is the addition of SDI input.
