The RGB connector is a DB-9 with standard Amiga pinout. You can buy a SCART adapter here or make your own using the pinout below.
The 1084S-D is the same monitor but with stereo speakers.
The power switch latch will eventually fail due to plastic breakdown - you can either replace it (shown) or just take the wires off and permanently connect them for an "always-on" monitor. You then use a switchable power strip to turn the monitor on or off externally.
