Basic 17" computer monitor, sold by big box computer chain CompUSA under their store brand. Most likely manufactured by GVC corporation, this and similar monitors were also branded as "Maxtech".

Notes

This monitor has an unusually wide range of vertical sync rates, from 40 Hz to 196 Hz. As expected, 40 Hz is extremely flickery and is impractical to use.
