9" CCTV monitor, sold by Diebold Security Systems. It is a rebrand of the Ikegami VCM-901, which in turn was manufactured by a Korean company rather than Ikegami themselves. Includes two composite and one S-Video input, along with mono speaker.

The jungle chip used in this monitor has RGB and YPbPr input pins, and can almost certainly be modded for RGB. It would be helpful to find a service manual, however, in order to compensate for horizontal shift.
