Summary
Basic, entry level 14" monitor, sold with IBM's budget model ValuePoint computer systems. Retailing for $450 in 1992, it was meant to be used in SVGA (800x600 resolution) and has a max scan rate of 50 kHz.

Notes
This monitor's 17" equivalent, the 6317, sold for a whopping $924 MSRP and featured a 64 kHz scan rate.
