Summary
Monitor intended to be paired with a microscope or other medical camera for viewing. The chassis is manufactured by Ikegami and was also rebranded under Olympus.
"The CDA-14N/201N desktop type high quality color monitors are offered to compliment the entire Ikegami color medical camera line, and are available in two different screen sizes; One is 13" (13V) configuration for model CFA-141N, and the other is 20" (19V) for model CDA-201N. Both configurations are operated at either NTSC signal or RGB signal by switch selection, and incorporate In-Line type black matrix P22 phosphor CRT with 0.43mm dot trio pitch and state-of-the-art electronics, giving 600 lines horizontal resolution at RGB operation or 400 lines at NTSC. Audio capability is optional. Other noteworthy features include ease of operation and high reliability . This monitor confirms to safety requirements for medical operations."

Notes
The tube pitch is marked as 0.43mm in Ikegami's specifications but Panasonic themselves confirmed the pitch of this tube to be 0.40mm with a maximum resolvable resoution of 865 TVL. The actual TVL will be limited by the bandwidth and other circuitry of a given chassis, which is why this monitor is only marked as 600 TVL despite having an 865 TVL tube inside. Source
The RGB input on the back is a nonstandard XLR-type connector called a "Hirose 10 pin connector".
