One of the few curved TVs in its size class with a component video input. Picture quality is very clean through component, however the image is shifted slightly to the left.

Unlike many cheap 13" TVs, this model has a proper linearity circuit and a width coil for adjusting horizontal size.

The service manual references buttons that aren't present on the Insignia-branded remote control. Currently, there is no known method to access the service menu; either the manual is wrong or it requires the remote from another Haier TV/DVD unit. Unfortunately, this means that the picture can't be centered if you're primarily using component. The best option is to increase the picture size using the width coil to hide the edges.
