Repair Notes
- Unit would not turn on due to capacitor C704 for standby bridge rectifier output being shorted.
- Shrunken raster due to regulated B+ being 110V instead of 132V. Components supporting B+ regulator IC991 tested fine; lifting and checking the voltage of the floating output pin of IC991 still tested low. Replacing IC991 fixed the shrunken raster.
Notes
While on many other sets the 'Picture' adjustment is for contrast, on this set it is for sharpness.
