Summary
Midrange 20" Mitsubishi consumer television set from the late 80's. Has RF, composite, and S-Video input with stereo sound. It also supports MTS Stereo Broadcast sound over RF - not that it's really relevant in modern day,
Unlike the CS-2063R, this model does not appear to have Diamond Vision tint. It looks like a regular dark consumer tube tint. The tube part # ends in 25X instead of 50X, which supports a difference in tube spec compared to the CS-2063R.

Notes
There is a toggle switch on the back to enable or disable the built-in speakers. If you don't want to use the built-in speakers, there is a loop-through audio output on the back to run the output to an amplifier or other set of external speakers.
The S-VIdeo input is automatically activated when a plug is inserted into it - there is a physical switch inside the plug. If you can't get S-Video to work, ensure this switch mechanism is not broken inside. S-Video and Composite both share the same "EXT" input mode in the onscreen menu - composite is active when there is nothing plugged into the S-Video jack.
