Summary
Ultra high-end 35" presentation monitor by Mitsubishi, originally manufactured in Japan from 1989 until 1994. Supports 240p/480i all the way up to 600p.

"I looked for [the service manual] a long time. Eventually I started cold calling defunct old rental shops. Found a guy in New Zealand who had it. The monitor was long gone but he was kind enough to find it in storage and crudely digitize it, for me."
Notes
Voltage is selectable on the back of the monitor. Stereo audio outputs are rated for 2W 8ohm.
