Summary
This is a barebones consumer model from 1987. Opening it up reveals a Hitachi HA11480 jungle chip, which does not have any support for s-video or RGB. Even if it had a better jungle, the tube in this is one of the worst I have ever seen from NEC. It's one of their "made in America" tubes and the TVL is far too low for 26". This TV also has some of the worst composite video quality I've ever seen (probably doesn't even have a comb filter, likely just a notch filter which was typical for early 80s)... For these reasons I recommend avoiding paying anything this TV.
From my understanding there is another similar model in the CT series which has RGB input but is equipped with an equally poor-quality tube. Seems the NEC CT series could be avoided by anyone seeking a higher-quality-than-average 80s consumer set. The NEC DM series used much higher TVL professional-grade tubes.
