Summary
Late model PC monitor from NEC-Mitsubishi, featuring a flat 20" visible Diamondtron tube. It was also sold under the Mitsubishi brand as the Diamond Plus 230SB.
This monitor is a lower cost version of the NEC FE2141SB & Mitsubishi 2070SB. It uses the same tube and case design, but has a more modest max scan rate of 115 kHz. It's also missing the second VGA input and built-in USB hub. It can display 1600x1200 at 90 Hz or 1920x1440 at 75 Hz.

Notes
These monitors often suffer from linearity issues, especially in the top 1/2 inch of the screen. This is not usually noticeable in 3D games but can be distracting for desktop use.
