Summary
This is an earlier 20" broadcast monitor from Panasonic that uses one of their lower-resolution M48 slot mask tubes. The scanline gaps are still prominent and it has a nice "softer" arcade look if you're into that. The tube is a classic bubble curve like older arcade tubes and provides excellent geometry in the corners.

Notes
This monitor does not support component video. The best I can tell as to where this misinformation came from is there is some marketing material that mentions "optional component input" for the BT-M1310Y, the smaller 13" brother of this monitor. But the service manual diagrams make it very clear that this monitor does NOT support component. The entire B board would need to have been swapped by the dealer for one wired to be component video... if that was even something they did.
