Repair Notes

• One unit exhibited partial vertical collapse. All of the electrolytics tested fine around the vertical IC, so I just replaced them all and then the issue was fixed. C401, C405, C406, C416, & C417.
• Occasionally the whole raster would flicker out and come back for an instant, particularly when there were sudden changes to the brightness in the content being shown. After making a number of adjustments including to the sub-brightness and horizontal hold the issue no longer presented.
