The picture has the reds are pushed quite hard by default, which may not be to everyone's liking, especially over component. If you wish to get the YPbPr signal looking natural like RGB, I recommend turning color saturation down until reds and blues are no longer blown out, and then performing a white balance in the service menu.
There is also velocity modulation (VM), a type of edge enhancement that changes pixel width. For RF and composite it may be beneficial, but for component it is quite detrimental in my opinion. The only way to disable it is to disconnect the jumper connecting the neckboard to the yoke. After this, turn down sharpness in the standard menu and you will have a much cleaner image.
