Summary
An excellent 24" Philips TV intended for both television and institutional use from 2006. Has s-video and component inputs, which is fairly uncommon on a curved screen of it's size. Apparently, this set uses the same exact chassis as some Philips LCD televisions of that year, but modified slightly to drive a CRT. I believe 2006 was the last year the Mexico facility produced CRTs for the North American market, as in 2007, the very last Philips-branded CRT models were made by TCL.

Notes
This set has a SmartCard input that would be used with a VGA expansion card. However, I do not think this specific model has the circuitry to support it, and I see no mention of it in the manual either. Still, perhaps an RGB mod is possible on those unused pins.
It can sync to 50hz and other oddball frequencies with ease, but it will only be in color over component. Picture quality is excellent, very clean and sharp with little processing. The only kind of needless enhancement I see is red push, but that can be dialed back by turning down color saturation and performing a white balance.
The tube itself is made by Samsung, and the only other TV model I know of that uses that exact same tube is a Sanyo DS24205. I noticed halation is a little more pronounced on this tube compared to others of the time due to it having a slightly lighter tint.
