Remote pictured is not the exact model that came with this model as this one has a few extra buttons, but it is fully compatible.

Service Mode: Press remote control buttons 2 —> 7 —> 1 —> MUTE sequentially within 5 seconds after turning the power off.

1. Use the remote control unit.
2. Turn the power on.
3. Turn the power off.
4. Press the 2, 7, 1 and then the MUTE button.
5. These steps must be done within 5 seconds.
