Summary

Generic computer monitor from the year 2000. It has fairly low specs for its size; unlike most 17" monitors from that time it only supports a max horizontal scan rate of 54 kHz and is best used at 800x600. Manufactured by Taiwanese company Royal Information Electronics Co, it has no branding information on the case and the only clue to its identity is the fine print on the rear label.

Notes

This monitor is capable to syncing to abnormally low frame rates - down to 39 Hz. As you'd expect, this results in extremely flickery and unusable image quality.

While most PC monitors use a separate power cord, this is one of the few where it is permanently attached.
