26" CRT by Sanyo. Has RF and composite inputs with stereo sound. Originally manufactured in Mexico to be assembled in Canada in 1993.

Picture tube is likely made by Mitsubishi Ontario, but I am uncertain. The design and possibly the chassis appear to be very similar to the DS-26051.
