Repair Notes
One unit would turn on and show snow for a bit but then blow the DC fuse after a couple of minutes. The Marcon brand 1500V .1uF film capacitor (large black cylinder) next to the flyback had gone open (replaced with metallized polypropylene film capacitor). Electrolytics C418 and C420 by the flyback had also gone open. After replacing all three, the fuse-blowing issue stopped occurring.
