Summary
Woodgrain Sony Trinitron from the early to mid 80s. It has an analog varactor tuner that can tune VHF, UHF, and CATV through a single coaxial f connector. It has a quiet mono speaker with an analog volume slider. The image quality is surprisingly clean and looks practically identical to direct composite video when tuned-in well. It has 5 dials on the bottom for sharpness, hue, color, brightness, and picture.

Notes
This CRT is confirmed to be a hot chassis.
Hot Chassis means that "ground" on the chassis is tied to one side of the AC input from the wall, and touching it with your hand will complete a live circuit through your body to earth ground if the CRT is plugged into an AC outlet. The proper way to avoid this danger is to use an isolation transformer to isolate the CRT from earth ground and prevent electrocuting yourself.
