Summary
A late 80's/early 90's consumer Sony Trinitron that is similar to two previous models, the KV-20TS10 and the KV-20TS20. Unlike those two, this KV-20TS30 includes S-video input, which provides a better input option for picture clarity.

This CRT is confirmed to be a hot chassis.
Hot Chassis means that "ground" on the chassis is tied to one side of the AC input from the wall, and touching it with your hand will complete a live circuit through your body to earth ground if the CRT is plugged into an AC outlet. The proper way to avoid this danger is to use an isolation transformer to isolate the CRT from earth ground and prevent electrocuting yourself.

There is another remote that came with the CRT as RMT-V575A, which has similar functions to the regular RM-764, but has additional controls for a VCR that is associated with the KV-20TS30.
There are some knobs in front of the TV that are used for picture adjustments. It can adjust the colors, brightness, contrast, hues, and sharpness of the screen.
