Summary
YOU MAY HAVE BOUGHT YOUR LAST COLOR TELEVISION
Same tube as the PVM 2530 but in a consumer chassis. The sales brochure mentions Velocity Modulation - unsure if and how this can be disabled but it is undesirable for gaming.

Came in two different colorways - Beige/Grey and Plum/Grey.
The RGB input is a 34 pin variant which is different from the 25 pin version found on other Sonys of this generation. The pinout is available in the service manual.
