Summary
Adorable Sony portable from the 70s. It's quite heavy due to its nearly all-metal chassis and multiple PCBs inside. Excellent picture quality and true 9" viewable area. Some models have "Quick Start" filament pre-heating that can be enabled by popping out the "Picture" adjustment knob on the bottom right corner. If you don't see a Quick Start logo on the bottom right, your model does not have Quick Start (see images below). The Quick Start models can be considered more risky to purchase because, if this feature was used, it can severely wear out the filament in the CRT by keeping it warm even when the CRT is not in use.

Notes
Hot Chassis means that "ground" on the chassis is tied to one side of the AC input from the wall, and touching it with your hand will complete a live circuit through your body to earth ground if the CRT is plugged into an AC outlet. The proper way to avoid this danger is to use an isolation transformer to isolate the CRT from earth ground and prevent electrocuting yourself.
Very slow high voltage bleeding means the picture tube itself retains a considerable amount of energy until manually discharged with an appropriate tool. Once discharged, remove the anode cap to prevent any static electricity recharging capacitors on the main board. There also may be stored energy on any capacitors near the flyback - look for 200v+ rated capacitors which are directly on the screen/G2 circuit and short them safely with a cheap set of discharge probes off Amazon. Repeat the same process for any large-diameter power supply filter capacitors to ensure the board is completely drained of energy.
This does not use Sonys common 8" A20JKU10X picture tube. It is a true 9" tube which predates the newer 8" tube.
The capacitors on the deflection board are very likely to be leaking - they are cheap and subjected to a lot of heat. I had to replace all of mine - the main 33uF 160v actually started venting after I used to the TV for 5 minutes and the horizontal width started shrinking!
