The channel buttons can be used to change inputs, as well as to access the menu. Navigating the user menu can be done with the VCR buttons on the set. As with most sets the default sharpness level was so high as to create significant ringing; even when sharpness was lowered all the way some slight ringing lingered.

Unit pictured would not play back VHS tapes, immediately spitting the tape back out after it was inserted.
