Basic 13" consumer CRT TV with one mono A/V input. Unlike their later models, this TV was manufactured by Toshiba themselves as opposed to being an Orion rebrand.

Toshiba produced numerous variants of these 19" and 13" TVs during the 1990s. They are very similar, with slight variations in the model number.

This TV can be modded for RGB. However, due to the design of the jungle chip, brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted via the user menu, making it less functional than other models.

An S-Video mod has been confirmed, and still allows for adjustments to be made via the user menu. Simply isolate pin 45 of the TA1223AN jungle chip and inject your chroma signal via 0.1uF coupling capacitor with a 75ohm resistor to ground. Luma can be connected directly to the composite jack input pin.
