Summary

13" CCTV monitor from Toshiba. Similar in appearance and chassis design to their consumer TVs from the late '90s. It's missing the TV tuner, but includes an S-Video input and uses a comb filter for improved composite video. Picture quality with S-Video is very sharp.

Notes

This model, and the subsequent CM1320A, were produced well into the 2000s. Despite Toshiba's consumer TVs having transitioned to Orion rebrands by that time, these models continued to be manufactured by Toshiba and used their original chassis design.

The IR sensor is compatible with standard consumer Toshiba TV remotes. It can be used to power the monitor on and off, but not to adjust volume or navigate the menu - those functions only work with the front buttons. However, the remote can be used to operate the service menu! The method is the same as other Toshiba-manufactured TVs such as the CF13F22, and instructions can be found in that model's service manual.

This monitor can be modded for RGB. However, due to the design of the jungle chip, brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted via the user menu, making it less functional than other models.
