Basic 19" consumer CRT TV with one stereo A/V input. Unlike their later models, this TV was manufactured by Toshiba themselves as opposed to being an Orion rebrand.

Service menu access and operation is the same as the CF13F22.

This TV can be modded for RGB. However, due to the design of the jungle chip, brightness and contrast cannot be adjusted via the user menu, making it less functional than other models.

The tube in this set is a 19" viewable picture tube with a CR31 socket, made by Daewoo-Orion. It has been shown to be a compatible donor for numerous arcade chassis.
