This TV includes a Game Mode, which has reduced contrast and increased brightness compared with the default line in settings. It works very well with vintage game consoles.

An original remote (DC-SB1) is required to access all the functions on this TV. Other Toshiba TV/DVD remotes may also work satisfactorily. It's difficult to find a universal remote that's fully compatible.

The jungle chip on this TV is configured for digital RGB, and as such the TV cannot be modded for external RGB input. However, an S-Video mod should be possible.
