Summary

Designed to match Apple's Powermac G3, the Studio display was introduced in 1999 along with its 21" equivalent. Unlike the Studio Display 21, the M6496 is a standard VGA monitor with built-in OSD controls. It can easily be used on a modern PC. Manufactured by LG in Korea, it uses a 17" Mitsubishi Diamondtron aperture grille tube and retailed for $499.

Notes

Service adjustment, beyond what is available in the user menu, requires custom software from LG which does not appear to be available at this time.
