An oddball 28" CRT by Samsung. Uses a unique tube design that is slightly wider than 4:3 by about 1 inch, resulting in a 12.8:9 aspect ratio.

Picture tube was made in-house by Samsung in Korea. The purpose of the slightly wider screen was to see more of the raster that was normally hidden in overscan.

Jungle chip is by Philips, and can be modded for analog RGB.

Now to be fair, 12.8:9 would be kind of useful for games that are 320x224. Some people may prefer those games to have square pixels and feel it is more correct. Here is a comparison example:
