Summary

Very large monitor using a fine pitch Trinitron in 1:1 aspect ratio, fixed 2K by 2K resolution. First shown in 1988 and intended for a wide array of applications that require displaying as much information as possible. Serviced until mid 2010s for air traffic control.

Was sold in two styles; a free-standing desktop monitor ex. DDM-2802C, and an industrial version meant to be semi-permanently installed ex. DDM-2801C.
