The processing of the Sanyo jungle chip isn't perfect, as there is minor color bleed over component. But overall, it is a decent performer. (240p Test Suite pics were over s-video, and PS1 gameplay pics were via component.)
This model has velocity modulation. To disable it, unplug the jumper connecting the board near the yoke to the neckboard:
