Composite 240p Performance

For composite decoding this set uses a Toshiba TC9089AN, a 3-line digital comb filter. Dithering patterns are largely blended as intended (depending on the source quality), though hanging dot artifacting is substantial. Note the dots in the tops and bottoms of the text in Castlevania II, and the dots in the green bricks and base of the window in the background of Streets of Rage 2. Using an external notch filter to decode composite instead and sending that to the s-video or component input would blend all dithering patterns and bypass all hanging dot artifacts (guide here).
