The DTV2798 is visually similar to the Insignia NS-27RTV, Toshiba 27D46, and Zenith C27J28B and uses the same picture tube. However, the chassis differs. Most notable is the analog audio output in place of digital audio output featured in previous models.

Unlike most TVs made by Orion, you can change the video inputs using the channel up/down buttons on the front panel.

Also unlike many 27" TVs sold in the US, this model uses a 110 degree tube and has a full set of horizontal geometry controls in the service menu.

This TV includes an ATSC digital tuner, and can still receive modern broadcast television through an antenna.
