FV26 was the top of the line model for the 2000 lineup, with two-way speakers and acoustic chambers. Has both front and rear s-video inputs. This was the second to last model line to feature the more subdued slate gray finish before going to gloss silver.

There is a menu option to disable velocity modulation. It is off by default for the Movie picture status. You cannot simply unplug a connector to physically disable it as that same connector is used for quadrapole focus.

There are two sets of white balance adjustments in the service menu; the drive/cutoff values with a 4 at the end are for input 4, which is component YPrPr.
